MKM has 33 single spindle screw machines ranging in size from 13mm (1/2”) diameter capacity up to 60mm (2 3/8”) diameter capacity. Many of these machines are equipped with automatic bar feeders.

Our screw machines are used for medium to high volume parts. In general, they are faster than CNC machines but they are only used when the exacting tolerances and surface finishes of a CNC machine are not needed. As a result, these machines are excellent for many applications where the dimensional tolerances are not extremely tight.

MKM makes all the necessary tooling (cams, form tools etc.) for each job in house. This gives us complete control over the quality of the part and allows us to turn your orders around quickly.
