MKM originally became involved in Plastic Injection Molding in 1965 at the request of a customer who needed a solution to a manufacturing problem. Early work was primarily in prototyping, but over the years we became a full production molding facility.

Our capabilities include horizontal and vertical injection molding and overmolding of engineering grade thermoplastics ranging in press size from 40 to 400 ton.

MKM can assist you in the redesign of an existing metal component into plastic, which can reduce component costs as well as solve other problems such as weight or corrosion.

We can take your project through concept, design, prototype, and into production.
