MKM utilizes state-of-the-art Citizen Swiss style CNC screw machines to meet the needs of our automotive, medical, and business machine customers. We have the capacity to run bar stock from 1mm (.039") diameter to 20mm (.787") diameter. The defining characteristic of a Swiss style CNC machine is a moving headstock that keeps the work piece supported near the point of tool contact, which results in a closer tolerance, better surface finish, and higher productivity.

With its ability to use a variety of cross milling and drilling attachments, along with the sub spindle capabilities, the Swiss style CNC machine has eliminated the need for secondary operations on most parts.

These are excellent machines for a wide variety of parts, especially those that have tight tolerance or long turns. Due to the efficiency of these machines, we can also offer short lead times on new orders.
